Apparel Printing
We offer a wide variety of apparel including shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and various accessories. Printing methods include- screen printing, embroidery, heat press vinyl, laser engraved leather patches, and direct to garment printing.

Signs and Banners
Sign materials include corrugated yard sign material, foam core, Dibond (metal), outdoor vinyl banner, Digimag (magnets), real estate signs, A-Frame boards, and more. Most materials are available at max in a 4'x8' sheets and ink is printed directly onto the material via UV cured ink.

Stickers and Decals
Stickers include paper stickers, address labels, water bottle stickers, food labels, car decals, window perf, commercial grade vehicle wraps, floor decals, etc.

Paper Goods
Paper printing includes basic black & white or color copies, flyers, business cards, postcards, event invitations, brochures, posters, envelopes, etc.

Graphic Design
We have three wonderful graphic designers on staff to fit all of your design needs. Services include anything from logo creation, branding packages, custom designs, file recreation, and more. We primarily use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign, but are able to take any file and convert it to the necessary format for printing.

Wood Working and Laser Engraving
Wood working includes custom ornaments, first responder flags/memorabilia, keep sakes and gifts, signs, and more. Laser engraving includes wood, metal water bottles and cups, leather, and metal. Contact us today for more info!

Online Merchandise Storefronts
Need a website for your school, non profit, or club? We've got you covered! We offer 3 Merch Store packages to completely cover your needs. With your approval, our on staff graphic designers take care of the whole process from the designs, to the garment selection, and generating the website. Our website then takes sales and manages orders so that you don't have to!

Pick 'N Press
Pick N' Press is an in store service that strives for an on the spot apparel printing experience. We keep a variety of blank garments and pre prepared designs (for local Ripon Schools and Ripon Brand) in stock at all times. Once you pick your combination, we press the garment while you wait. All garment/design combinations are 100% personalized so the sky is the limit!
How to Place a Custom Order
Step 1- Contact Us
Contact us either by phone at 209-924-9700, in person at 215 W. Main Stin Ripon, or via email at support@riponprintstudio.com with your order details to get a quote started. We will then ask you some clarifying questions about your project including the type of printing, what the artwork looks like, what kind of file you will be providing, turn around time, etc. All of that information will enable us to move on to Step 2- Approving the quote.
Step 2- Approve the Quote
Once we receive your files and job details, we will reach back out to you with an official quote within 24-48 hours. This quote will come to you via email from our automated invoicing system which will prompt you to click "approve" or "decline" when you open the invoice. If the quote is approved, we move on to payment and artwork. If the quote is declined, we will take the feedback and edit the quote details until we reach an approval or a final decline.
Step 3- Submit Payment
Once the quote is approved, we will generate a link for payment via our automated invoicing system. If you would prefer to submit your payment in person, we are able to accept credit card, cash, check, or Apple Pay here in store at 215 W Main Street in Ripon.
PLEASE NOTE: Production or ordering of materials will not begin until a payment or previously agreed upon deposit amount has been made.
Step 4- Approve the Artwork
Once the quote is approved, we will move onto virtual proofs/artwork. This is the point in the process where we take your artwork or inspiration photos and create a virtual mock up of the finished product for you to view. This mock up will come to you via email from our automated invoicing system which will prompt you to click "approve" or "decline" when you open the invoice. If the proof is approved, we move on to either payment or production. If the proof is declined, we will take the feedback and make edits until we reach an approval.
ART TIME CHARGES: Generally speaking, if the customer is providing a print ready artwork file, we will not charge an artwork creation fee. However if there is no artwork provided OR the provided artwork is in a state/format that we cannot use, we will reach back out to you to let you know that artwork charges have incurred before proceeding. Once the artwork charges are approved, we will then proceed to proofs.
RELEASE OF FILES: Any artwork generated by Ripon Print Studio is property of Ripon Print Studio and will not be released unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in written format with both parties. Please contact us about artwork release packages and we will add that to your invoice as needed.
Step 5- Production Time!
Once we have artwork finalized and collected payment, we will move on to Step 5- Production. On average, production time is approximately a 9-12 business day process depending on the printing method and the current printing queue. Each printing method may have a different production time and we will let you know what to expect when the order is placed. If you would like your items by a specific date or sooner than the average anticipated turnaround time, please specify that ahead of time as we will do our very best to accommodate your due date.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need your items faster than the standard turnaround time, your order may be subject to a rush fee. A rush fee is classified as an order that is due inside the standard 9-12 days and requires us to move your project ahead of other clients or have our employees work over time. A percentage based rush charge will be applied to your order, but it should not exceed $250. We will notify you ahead of time if your order qualifies for a rush fee.
Pick Up or Shipping
Once production is complete, we will notify you that your order is ready for pick up or shipping. Our pick up hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at 215 W. Main Street in Ripon, CA. At the time of pick up, please come prepared with the name that the order is under, as well as what is included in the order so that we can better locate it.
